The Language for Leading - an advancement in professional coaching - has been using a different logo when it was previously known as The Language of Leading. The difference was one proposition on the name, but the impact was significant. If they kept the previous logo despite being inconsequent, it might still be able to function in a middling position.
The downside is that if you are pursuing a bigger goal, keeping the previous logo could not be the perfect option. And the company management knew about this issue. We were then ready to start working on the logo project.
